Business Systems AnalystÂ
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) II role primarily focuses on functional aspects rather than technical aspects. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system requirements, and ensuring that enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems effectively meet business needs. Additionally, the BSA II will collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to communicate requirements, implement system functionality, and provide support.
Required & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in the Metals industry.
- Required: 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
- Required: 5+ years of experience with ERP systems.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with SQL.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Box.
- Ability to learn new systems and implement new functionalities.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML.
- Intermediate understanding of Internet and client/server architectures.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
