Desktop Support Tech

Job Description
The Desktop Support Technician role involves providing support for all users experiencing problems with desktop hardware, software, and other computer-related technology. The primary focus includes imaging of PC’s, laptops, and MAC’s using SCCM and Casper, analyzing, maintaining, and repairing personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals for enterprise customers, installing printers, activating network ports including desktop patching in IDF, and assisting remote users and remote sites including user and departmental moves as required.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma
- Associates degree in a related field is preferred
Minimum Experience/Accountabilities:
- At least six months to two years of experience in IT
- Desktop support experience
- Operating systems: Windows 7, 10, OS X
- Office Productivity Software: Office 2010 and 2016
- Cerner
- ServiceNow
Salary: Up to $28.00/hr
