Job Description
HRIS Representative
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour
As the HRSS temp for our client, this position will be responsible for supporting the HRSS Analyst team with day to day tasks for multiple systems (TMS, ATS, UKG Pro) for the company. This role will also assist with clean up projects within various parts of these systems.

Responsibilities:
- Process password and hierarchy changes in the Talent Management System (TMS).
- Execute various prebuilt reports and conduct audits for time-off administration, ATS system, etc.
- Administer user account updates for the Text Recruit system as part of ATS.
- Provide actionable information to leadership through Excel and TMS system reports.
- Handle data corrections for UKG Pro (HCM system) and follow process documents for clean-up efforts within various HR systems.
Qualifications for the Role:
Required:
- 2 years of HR experience.
- General working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
