Product Manager
Salary Range: $125k to $135k
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE:

Develop Digital Experience Strategies:
- Support the development of digital experience strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and conversion.

Set Vision for Electrification Portal:
- Set and take ownership of the vision for an electrification portal that serves as user-friendly entry points for services and resources.

Evangelize the Vision:
- Constantly evangelize the vision to align stakeholders and ensure understanding of the direction.

Integrate Usability Studies and Market Analysis:
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Own Product Roadmap and Backlog:
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, making strategic and tactical prioritization decisions while maintaining an understandable roadmap.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with all areas of customers, digital teams, and key stakeholders to develop and launch new features and experiences.

Manage Product Backlog:
- Manage the product backlog through market research, requirements building, and collaboration with technology partners.

Work with Design Leads:
- Work closely with design leads to build a user-first mindset in experience design.

Create Highly Usable Solutions:
- Create creative, simple, and highly usable solutions for products based on human behavior.

Conduct Research and Analyze Insights:
- Conduct research and analyze insights to make recommendations and decisions on enhancing product features.

Advocate for the User:
- Advocate for the user and deeply understand their needs in product development.

Report Status to Stakeholders:
- Report the status of work clearly to stakeholders and provide visibility to designs.
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a technology environment, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products, preferably e-commerce products in both B2B and B2C applications.
- Tools: Proficient in Roadmunk, Azure DevOps, and other development management tools.
