Job Title: Senior Manager – Information Technology
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $150k - $192kÂ
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the firm’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) to design, plan, and integrate primary services and applications.
- Collaborate with application owners and IT stakeholders to provide guidance on existing and new technologies.
- Research IT industry and market trends to determine potential impacts on the enterprise.
- Analyze the current business and IT environment to detect deficiencies and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Assist the CIO in managing day-to-day IT department operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Facilitate deep technical reviews with IT organizations.
- Understand business objectives, research potential strategies, and design solutions.
- Direct enterprise solution architecture for specific initiatives.
- Develop and document enterprise standards, guiding principles, designs, roadmaps, and plans.
- Consult on application and infrastructure projects to align with enterprise objectives.
- Automate operations and integrate with change management and operational systems.
- Review systems performance daily and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
- Maintain professional decorum when representing the IT department.
- Provide 24x7 support as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Five or more years of progressive experience in at least two IT disciplines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) strongly preferred.
- CCIE certification preferred.
- Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications, systems design, and integration.
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how parts interact with the whole.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture components and applications used in a law firm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business re-engineering principles, processes, and SLAs for monitoring systems and performance.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $192,000 per year.
