What you’ ll be taking on…

  • You’ ll own and develop the product roadmap and strategy for our client' s platform. You will work to understand market trends, partner with marketing, sales, and customer success, and create plans to deliver more value to customers, differentiate us as a company, and work towards our vision of helping more people in pain get back to normal naturally (3-5 years out).

  • Define core metrics that measure the health of core business.

  • Develop hypotheses and experiment with different growth strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.

  • Work with Marketing and User Acquisition teams to identify areas of user growth and constantly optimize the user acquisition funnel.

  • You’ ll be responsible for the advertising R&D and platform operations team who maintain and improve the advertising component to the platform.

  • You will lead and develop a high-performance team and culture. You have experience hiring and developing an amazing team. You love to develop, coach, and grow talent.

  • You’ ll partner with our development team to plan, develop, and release improvements to the product… and to improve the efficiency of that cycle…

  • You’ ll own and make sense of the data created within the platform and present it to the team so we can use it to improve the platform and the company.

  • You have strong experience as a Product Leader in SaaS including market analysis, product-market fit, positioning strategy, testing, iterating based off testing results, etc.

  • You have deep experience owning and implementing roadmaps, product strategy and understanding how to rally teams behind and execute upon a thorough long-term plan.

  • You have an understanding of digital marketing.

  • You have familiarity and comfort with data analytics, business intelligence, data science including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product KPI metrics.

  • You value a deep understanding of the customer and know how to have conversations to get their feedback to create amazing products and features that solve real problems and deliver results.
