Job Description


High level experience includes:

 
  • Prior experience working at a Help Desk answering customer calls and resolving issues using scripts and  standard  procedures
  •  
  • Experience with Windows computers  including  Microsoft  Office, Adobe and Web  Browsers (Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer)
  •  
  • Ability to provide support over the phone and through email
  •  
  • Good customer service skills
  •  
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  •  
  • Experience working in a  fast paced environment
  •  
  • Prior  retail and or POS experience a plus
  •
