JOB SUMMARY

 

We are looking for a temporary Marketing Analyst to work up to 40 hours per week, we are willing to be very flexible on scheduling for the right candidate. This individual will be responsible for the following: 
 
  • Works closely with our client’ s cross-functional partners (Brand marketing, design, marketing communications, packaging, PR, social) throughout the partner planning process including managing flow of communications, partner feedback and approvals for executions 
  • Track trends in culture to recommend partner opportunities within the female role model, fashion, art, music and entertainment space 
  • Assist in creation of partner pitches (research partner to identify synergies, helps ideate program concepts) 
  • Create recap reports on partnerships to inform learnings for subsequent partnerships 
  • Agency and partner liaison representing the company’ s brand and strategies; effectively maintain relationships with partners and manage day to day partner needs 
  • Submit and track purchase orders, manage partner gifting and be liaison for partner event planning 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
 
  • Bachelor' s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related 
  • 1- 2 years of experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side) 
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management and strategic thinking skills 
  • Excellent written/verbal, time management skills required 
  • Ability to identify trends in culture and present those actionable insight to Director 
  • Strong interest in pop culture needed 
  • Experience working with partners (licensee or other) is largely preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels 
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work. 
  • Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
