Media Strategy Analyst

In this role you may have the opportunity to:
  • Support Consumer Media Strategy, Planning & buying
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Consumer Insights, Marketing Effectiveness and Creative teams to deliver across key projects
  • Develop presentations that outline team and campaign initiatives and program details
  • Support reporting and analytics development for assigned campaigns
  • Support budget management including budget documentation, reconciliation and invoice approval
  • Project manage and coordinate team and media campaign initiatives as assigned
  • Partner with the director to project manage key team logistics and operations

You’ ll need to have:
  • Bachelor' s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Media Buying Platforms, Google Ad Hub, Amazon
  • Experience with Activation Platforms (Facebook, YouTube ….)
  • SQL
  • Tableau

Ideally, you’ ll also have:
  • Previous experience in paid media or social marketing
  • A true passion for media or marketing and how it connects consumers to a message
  • Passion for driving results and innovating along the way
  • Ability to thrive in a highly evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and balance multiple dynamic priorities
  • Strong communicator that takes initiative
  • Natural communication and partnership skills

Familiarity with the BI environment –
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and disparate datasets
  • Familiar with BI toolset – databases(Teradata, Oracle), reporting (BO, Tableau), etc.
  • Understanding of different aspects of the source and target datasets and any transformations
  • Able to assess new tool sets being proposed for a BI project

Other skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical mindset
  • Resolve bottle necks/blockers and ensure timely resolution
  • Be able to work in a team environment with business users and the BI team on project/enhancement details
  • Desire to learn new BI skills, tools and processes
