Our client is looking for an experienced and talented Multimedia Designer. In this role, you' ll be responsible for communicating strategic goals and a creative vision into actionable design solutions. You will translate brand strategy and creative vision into highly compelling, original, and defining work that advances the company' s brand. The desired candidate will need be an accomplished visual designer and brand-builder with demonstrated skills and interest in branding, design, and mapping creative deliverables to business strategy. Areas of work may include, but not limited to: branding, graphics, communications, interactive, research/strategic, animation or motion graphics, video shoots and editing. Be able to manage the workflow on creative projects to ensure timely production. In most cases, this position does not manage staff, but may provide coaching or mentoring to less experienced designers. The role will frequently engage with marketing professional stakeholders in internal business units.


• Produce creative, meaningful, and compelling visual narratives that connect current and prospective customers with products and solutions
• Help take our brand to the next level by ensuring that all creative deliverables uphold our brand standards and strategy
• Create and develop new and innovative brand programs for both internal and external audiences
• Create complex animated graphics and infographics, kinetic typography and video pre/postproduction
• Assist in all areas of video production including videography, lighting and audio recording.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
• Designing and creating storyboards
• Concept, layout and design enticing motion graphics videos for various media
• Collaborate with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical or design issues
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements (audio, video, colors, animation) to enhance video and motion graphics
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions and organization of graphic files
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest design and video techniques
• Meet with internal clients or the creative/art director to determine the scope of a project; advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience; work closely with copywriters to determine the message the design should portray
• Present design concepts/storyboards to internal clients and at times senior level management
• Communicates expectations to management and parties responsible for the project
• Adjusts project workflow and schedules to facilitate priority projects
• Coordinates creative and production processes for marketing projects with outside vendors

• Bachelor' s degree in design or film or a visual-arts-related field
• A minimum of 5 years of related interactive design and video experience
• Well-versed in video editing software: Final Cut, Premier Pro and After Effects
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to comprehend and visually communicate complex concepts
• Exceptionally strong knowledge of systemic problem solving and visual hierarchy
• Great storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects and priorities that change frequently
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and all levels of management
• Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques
• In-depth knowledge/experience in animation and video production techniques
• Working knowledge of sound mixing and color correction
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow and the latest production technology
• Solid understanding of video formats and compression techniques
• Knowledge of typography and appropriate use of brand colors, images and fonts, allowing for effective legibility and functionality
• Manage the workflow on creative projects to ensure timely production
• Proficient in Mac and Windows platforms
• Solid understand of copyright rules and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
