Job Description:  Product Manager – Internationalization
  • Develop Internationalization product requirements that help our  on Demand product scale to new markets
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design and other cross-functional teams to drive the Product backlog and implementation of  International
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align on vision, business objectives and desired key results for BOD International
  • Ensure our new CMS and infrastructure support efficient content localization
  • Help ensure product launches are successful and hit agreed-upon deadlines 
  • Collaborate with the Data team to report site metrics via shared dashboards

We’ d love to chat if you have:
  • BA / BS degree in related field; MBA a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of Technology Product Management experience focusing on launching and managing digital experiences to International markets
  • Additionally, experience working with Content Management Systems that allow businesses to scale online content publishing across markets
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and driving multiple concurrent projects to success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain choices and tradeoffs of potential solutions to problems weighing business goals, user needs and technical feasibility and effort to achieve intended outcomes
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, analytical and quantitative skills required
  • Passion for user testing, data analytics and site optimization
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a “ can-do,” positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience with WordPress is also a requirement
  • Familiarity with Web Analytics preferred
  • Experience with Agile is required; experience with continuous discovery and delivery is a plus
