Our client is looking for an Offshore ServiceNow Developer that will manage/handle the company’ s operational support tickets for ServiceNow team and resolve it in a timely manner. He/she will also work with UMG ITSM onsite team, end users, UMG IT, Vendor team members as needed to analyze/troubleshoot/fix operational support issues. Other duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows:
- Support Minor Enhancement / Configuration / Development in various IT processes of Incident, Problem, Change and so forth and also assist with development work on custom scoped apps under guidance of the company’ s ServiceNow - ITSM team.
- Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform map.
- Support ServiceNow version upgrades, build & deploy required enhancements to the Service Now platform
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Minimum of 2 years of development experience in ServiceNow platform
Minimum of 1 year of experience with operational support/administrative activities using ServiceNow
- ITSM processes knowledge/concepts
- Good communication skills in English
- Team player
