Associate Manager, Supplier Enablement Lead
seeking an Associate Manager, Supplier Enablement Lead who will develop and maintain suppliers for the organization. This role will be based in El Segundo, CA and requires the leader to effectively manage suppliers to maximize the relationship value. Duties include ensuring new and existing vendors are maintaining their compliance requirements, acting as a liaison between the business and the supplier to resolve disputes, defining and soliciting the approach to govern and manage the supply base, and developing and applying scorecards (e.g. # of Active Suppliers, On-time Delivery %) to manage supplier performance.
Experience, Education & Skills
B.S. / B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs). MBA preferred.
5-8 years of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement experience, Performance Measurement, Contract Negotiation, Project Management, Category Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management experience
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology with pragmatism to manage exceptions
Track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams
Experience managing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Knowledge and experience with procurement/spend systems data and analysis
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and report summation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of eProcurement (Coupa)
