Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Intune Administrator to join a small, collaborative IT team supporting government offices in Plano, TX.
This is a hands-on, junior-level role ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of overall IT experience, including 2–3 years of recent Microsoft Intune experience. This position is onsite and will work closely with an existing team managing O365, Intune, and Active Directory.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Intune Administrator to join a small, collaborative IT team supporting government offices in Plano, TX.
This is a hands-on, junior-level role ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of overall IT experience, including 2–3 years of recent Microsoft Intune experience. This position is onsite and will work closely with an existing team managing O365, Intune, and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities

Perform Autopilot imaging and deployment for approximately 140 Lenovo laptops, following established runbooks.

Reimage and prepare new machines for deployment.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) on laptops to ensure all Autopilot and Intune tasks are completed prior to handoff.

Track deployment tasks and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.

Support and collaborate with a small IT team managing Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.

Assist with general Intune device management and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Autopilot (Desktop or Administrator level).

Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.

Working knowledge of Active Directory.

Experience with Intune device enrollment, imaging, and management.

Ability to follow documented procedures (runbooks) and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
-
3–5 years of overall IT experience.

Experience working in a government or regulated environment.

Familiarity with Lenovo hardware deployments.
