Service Desk Agent

Job Description
Role: Service Desk Agent I
Pay Range: $25 to $28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support end users at hospitals and clinic locations with clinical application software, operating systems, business productivity software, and other computer-related technology issues.
- Analyze and diagnose application/system issues, create/update user accounts, perform software installs, and maintain communication for planned & unplanned outages.
Minimum Experience:
- Available for any shift
- Minimum 3 years of IT and 2 years of Service Desk Support experience
- Excellent customer service, written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
