Salary Range: $103k to $127k

We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to join our rapidly growing team. This role is centered around the infrastructure, development, and support of our client's software initiatives.
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to established technology and quality standards.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to established technology and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure software solutions align with business requirements, client expectations, and software quality standards.
- Perform both manual and automated testing for strategic initiatives, feature enhancements, and reported defects.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, upholding high quality standards in all team activities and decisions.
- Break down business and product requirements into detailed functional test plans, test cases, and automation-ready test scripts.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate functional, integration, acceptance, and other testing requirements.
- Execute test scripts, accurately document, and report test results and defects.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate, recreate, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Conduct retesting and regression testing as needed.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure a smooth deployment process that supports fully tested code.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Provide support to various teams in troubleshooting and addressing application and environment issues.
- A passion for quality and innovation, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of QA automation experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, automation testing concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, test strategies, test schedules, test estimations, and bug tracking management.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience testing all layers of a web application, including end-to-end testing.
- Experience automating web application/UI testing using Selenium or similar tools.
- Experience automating backend/API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with integration testing using MSTest, NUnit, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience automating Angular applications and/or desktop applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
