Maintenance Technician

Job Description
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Sustaining - lead troubleshooting efforts with main focus on dielectric & metal deposition & etch equipment.
- Perform standard kit changes for PVD, CVD, plasma Etch tools.
- Assist equipment engineering to perform standard quarterly and annual PM.
- Work with equipment engineering to track and improve equipment parts life cycle.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- High school diploma, AA degree or equivalent 2-year program.
- Minimum 2 years of actual Fab process experience in the semiconductor field.
- Familiarity with Applied Materials equipment for PVD, CVD, Plasma Etch is desirable.
- Perform required PMs and actively drive improvements using FDC and parts quality management.
- Experience sustaining and improving performance of semiconductor equipment operations.
