Job Description


Role: Service Desk Agent I
Pay Range: $25 to $28/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Support end users at hospitals and clinic locations with clinical application software, operating systems, business productivity software, and other computer-related technology issues.
  • Analyze and diagnose application/system issues, create/update user accounts, perform software installs, and maintain communication for planned & unplanned outages.

Minimum Experience:
  • Available for any shift
  • Minimum 3 years of IT and 2 years of Service Desk Support experience
  • Excellent customer service, written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting
