As the B2B Events & PR Coordinator, you will work closely with the B2B Manager to plan, organize, and execute various B2B events for the sales department. These events include, but are not limited to, conferences, seminars, webinars, networking socials, dinners, and educational gatherings. In this role, you will handle all event logistics and ensure that everything runs smoothly while staying within budget. Your efforts will help increase brand awareness and create valuable networking, prospecting, and sales opportunities by supporting the sales team.
This role requires strong relationship management with colleagues, conference organizers, partners, vendors, and attendees. To succeed, you must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and professional in all communications. Candidates must reside in the LA area.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and select B2B events, manage booth material shipments, contract show services, choose booth locations and sponsorship levels, create displays, and select marketing materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize event exposure and stay updated on industry trends.
- Oversee staff at conferences, coordinate travel for on-site teams, and provide sales support. Some travel is required.
- Conduct post-event analysis, report on ROI, and monitor event budgets.
- 2+ years of event planning experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
