CIAM Lead Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid/Phoenix)

Job Description
Prosum has partnered with a global leader in B2B travel technology seeking a CIAM Lead Full Stack Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will be 50% hands-on development (full stack Java) and 50% leading a team (owning delivery and CIAM platform). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of full stack development experience with strong experience in Java, demonstrated experience leading teams and owning delivery, knowledge/experience in Okta or similar CIAM platforms.
This is an immediate, full-time/direct hire opportunity.
- The schedule is hybrid remote / onsite 3 days a week onsite in Scottsdale.
- All candidates must be local to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
- Will consider relocation candidates on a case by case basis.
- Green Card and H-1B sponsorship available; we cannot work with 3rd party vendors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and owning delivery.
- Strong Experience in Java, NodeJS.
- Strong Expertise in SAML, OAuth2 and OIDC protocols.
- Knowledge or experience in Okta or equivalent CIAM platforms is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to iOS and Android.
- Strong Expertise in pure HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
- Experience in Web Application Security.
- Experience in Web technologies in ReactJS, NextJS & Node.js, etc.
- Strong Ability to build custom UX components in ReactJS.
- Experience in CI/CD, Docker is a must.
- Experience in Design and Architecture of CIAM platforms.
- Experience as an Individual Contributor as well as leading teams.
- Strong experience in REST API development with OAuth2 Security.
- Experience in Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring MVC.
- Experience in MongoDB/DocumentDB.
- Experience in building systems at Scale.
