Position: Cerner Millennium Analyst
Application Support: Provide application support services for Cerner applications, resolving break/fix issues, and analyzing requests for new/updated documentation build.
Change Management: Build changes in the test domain, conduct user testing, and move changes to production following the client’s change control process.
Project Support: Offer support for projects and other specialized application initiatives, troubleshoot errors, and deliver timely and high-quality customer service.
Documentation and Issue Resolution: Document issues and solutions, collaborate with client users and functional teams as needed, and escalate issues to the vendor when necessary. Monitor vendor tickets for resolution and utilize the ticket management system to track issue status and work efforts.
Experience: 5+ years' experience in supporting and building Cerner Millennium Clinical and Physician Documentation systems.
Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to communicate resolutions effectively.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $50-55
