Job Description
Pay: $65-90K Base + Commissions
You will drive business for our Client Services offerings and manage repairs and upgrades, with a focus on our existing customer base.
Essential Duties:
- Demonstrate sales expertise and comprehensive knowledge of maintenance, building automation, and client services.
- Efficiently qualify prospects, set appointments, and address inquiries.
- Understand commercial HVAC equipment, building system design, and energy-saving strategies.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and understand their decision-making processes.
- Manage quotes, budgets, and contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction and account management.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of experience in Building Automation, Commissioning, or Energy Services.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and controls.
- Familiarity with commercial building operations or maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Adaptability in the dynamic energy services industry.
- Professional, tactful, and organized.
