Data Analytics Manager
Location: Denver, CO, US
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Annually
This role is onsite 5 days a week. No Hybrid or Remote.Â

About the Role

We're looking for a Manager, Data Analytics to help us revolutionize the B2B supply chain through data-driven insights and smart decision-making.
In this role, you'll analyze projects, departments, or functions to find ways to improve performance and efficiency. You'll access corporate data, oversee its aggregation and analysis, and uncover business trends. Your job is to dig deep into business problems, identify their root causes, and propose actionable solutions to enhance performance, quality, or compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and set strategic direction for the data analytics function
- Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to create both short and long-term roadmaps
- Support day-to-day operations with quick analytics and ad-hoc insights
- Develop and maintain core business logic and metrics to measure success
- Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and leadership
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant data analytics experience
- 3+ years managing a team of analysts
- Proven track record in building and leading analytics teams
- Ability to simplify complex problems and turn data into compelling stories
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Expertise in working with large datasets, SQL, and designing ETLs
- Experience interpreting trends from multiple data sources and using various tools
- Fluent in data visualization and translating technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of the tech industry and data products
- Familiarity with GCP infrastructure
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
