Job Description


• Execute, monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot content marketing software, including emails, landing pages, blogs, and automated workflows

• Identify and implement improvement opportunities for conversion optimization using A/B testing, personalization and other best practice tactics

• Leverage analytics from multiple sources to inform data-driven decision making

• Report KPIs and key takeaways for multiple audiences, internal and external

• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing team, external vendors and consultants to develop and execute campaigns on time with no errors


• 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing

• User certification in HubSpot Marketing Software or similar (Marketo, Pardot, Act-on, etc.)

• Proficient in inbound marketing methodology with a passion for generating qualified leads

• Track record for analytics-driven decision making

• Current understanding of SEO best practices for Google

• Martech-savvy with experience in tools for site analytics, website CMS, keyword research, heatmap analysis, etc

• Keen ability to translate data analytics to business intelligence

• Must be obsessively organized

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Global B2B experience preferred

• Familiarity with paid search and social advertising a plus
