Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst – SCM/Operations

Opportunity:
As a pivotal member of the Global IT team, you'll play a crucial role in transitioning from legacy systems to Microsoft's D365 platform, setting the foundation for our company's growth. With the D365 project currently centered in Copenhagen, this role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies and making a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements.
Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems and suggesting improved procedures.
Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve issues, and publish reports.
Maintain system protocols and provide references for users.
Collaborate with cross-functional business groups to elicit requirements.
Manage the configuration of ERP-related solutions and reduce manual processes.
Verify solutions, assist with issue resolution, and provide post-implementation support.
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership.
Ready to handle both documentation and administration.
Aspiring to be an architect or a Business Analyst with a fresh perspective.
Enthusiastic about growth and learning.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with ERP business solutions, focusing on Microsoft AX/Dynamics 365 in manufacturing.
Proficiency in GMP/GXP, Validation, and industries like Pharma or Biotech.
Deep understanding of ERP-related processes, including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Skill in generating reports using tools like Power BI.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
