Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst – SCM/Operations

Opportunity: As a pivotal member of the Global IT team, you'll play a crucial role in transitioning from legacy systems to Microsoft's D365 platform, setting the foundation for our company's growth. With the D365 project currently centered in Copenhagen, this role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies and making a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements.
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and suggesting improved procedures.
- Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve issues, and publish reports.
- Maintain system protocols and provide references for users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business groups to elicit requirements.
- Manage the configuration of ERP-related solutions and reduce manual processes.
- Verify solutions, assist with issue resolution, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with ERP business solutions, focusing on Microsoft AX/Dynamics 365 in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in GMP/GXP, Validation, and industries like Pharma or Biotech.
- Deep understanding of ERP-related processes, including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Skill in generating reports using tools like Power BI.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Salary upon Conversion: $90-110K / year
