Field Service Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will independently perform field service engineering activities to support our customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the optimal performance of our products. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening our field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer service calls and determine technical needs or problems.

Provide remote consultation or schedule on-site visits as needed, including emergency service.

Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on Company products.

Manage and establish local maintenance services.

Serve as the liaison between customers and application programmers for custom solutions.

Research customer applications and market needs for Company products.

Submit timely application, service, and expense reports to management.

Support sales teams by maintaining strong relationships with customers and participating in sales meetings.

Provide training and technical guidance to fellow field service engineers as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical support role.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly with complex systems.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
