Job Description
Field Service Engineering

Receive and Respond to Service Calls:
- Receive service calls from customers.
- Determine customer needs or problems and respond accordingly.

Provide Customer Support:
- Provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers.
- Respond to emergency customer situations or schedule and repair Company's products at customer sites.

Perform Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform preventative maintenance on Company products.

Establish and Manage Local Maintenance Service:
- Establish and manage a local maintenance service.

Facilitate Communication Between Customer and Applications Programmer:
- Provide liaison between customer and applications programmer for customer requests involving change in applications.

Research Market Needs and Customer Applications:
- Research market needs and customer applications of Company products.
- Submit application reports to management in a timely manner.

Support Sales Activities:
- Support sales activities and establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Participate in sales meetings as required.

Provide Training and Submit Reports:
- Provide training to other Company field service engineers as needed.
- Submit various reports, such as service reports, weekly reports, and expense reports to management in a timely manner.
Salary $90-100k
