Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC and related equipment. Additionally, you will coordinate day-to-day activities related to specific agreements or projects, ensuring that contractual commitments are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to a high volume of service calls
- Communicate effectively with customers, regardless of their technical knowledge
- Utilize troubleshooting guides to diagnose issues promptly
- Conduct system operations and safety checks
- Address customer inquiries and concerns comprehensively
- Utilize appropriate tools and instruments during troubleshooting
- Assist other service representatives in resolving complex issues
- Manage call schedule, respond to interruptions, and maintain vehicle readiness
- Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly
- Stay updated on technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
- Read applicable manuals to enhance expertise
Requirements:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC components, including built-up systems, package units, controls systems, and more
- Universally EPA Certified
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems maintenance
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Experience working at heights and in confined spaces
- Familiarity with safety equipment and procedures
Compensation and Location:
- Pay Range: $32 to $50 per hour
- Experience Required: 2+ years
- Locations: Denver, CO; Fort Collins, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ
