Trademark ParalegalÂ
Salary Range: $100k to $125k
A nationally recognized law firm with a highly regarded intellectual property practice is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join its growing team.
This opportunity offers the chance to work within a collaborative environment supporting attorneys on complex domestic and international trademark matters for innovative global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Support attorneys with U.S. and international trademark prosecution

Prepare and file trademark applications with the USPTO and WIPO
-
Manage trademark portfolios, deadlines, and docketing requirements
-
Handle office actions, statements of use, renewals, and related filings
-
Coordinate with foreign associates on global trademark matters
-
Assist with TTAB proceedings, monitoring services, and trademark enforcement
Qualifications:
-
4–7 years of trademark prosecution experience within a law firm
-
Experience with both U.S. and international trademark filings
-
Familiarity with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign trademark procedures
-
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technology Environment:
Windows 11, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams/Zoom, and document management systems.
