IT Manager Digital Systems
Salary Range: $150k to $165k 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the administration, operation, and security of all Digital systems. This role is crucial in implementing and maintaining the organization's digital strategy and infrastructure. Lead a software engineering team in the design, implementation and support of full stack applications running on cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This role will leverage a wide range of advanced skills like frontend and backend programming, database and cloud services to architect innovative modern applications to solve complex problems.

Principal Duties:
  • Manage and maintain the organization's digital roadmap and strategy
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other business units
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
  • Analyze resource utilization and optimize system performance
  • Monitor and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation
  • Leverage cloud services like machine learning in a hybrid cloud environment with a microservices based architecture
  • Follow software development best practices and processes to ensure the delivery of robust, secure, scalable and high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and mentor software engineers to develop quality code
  • Work within the Agile framework of continuous delivery
  • Manage day to day team deliverables, assist in troubleshooting, and design reviews.
  • Provide project management and technical leadership for every phase of software delivery.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of architecting software applications
  • Ability to lead the development and support of a large software applications
  • Thorough understanding of wide range of business processes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with lean teams
  • Experience using cloud services from AWS and Azure in a DevOps environment
  • Software development expertise with Java, .Net, Python, PHP
  • Expertise with modern web frameworks like HTML5, Javascript, Angular, Typescript, CSS3
  • Expertise with relational and non-relational Database: mySql, Sql server, NoSql, Redis
  • Virtualization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and management using Jenkins
  • Software code repository management using GIT
  • Integration experience with Boomi or similar integration tools
  • Working knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows
  • Experience with webserver administration
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, load balancing & proxying
  • Experience with Adobe AEM, Adobe Mageno, SAP Ariba, and similar cloud technologies desirable.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Or comparable experience.
