Role Overview: We are seeking an IT Manager passionate about operational excellence and innovation in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. The IT Manager will lead technical onboarding, ensure seamless technology collaboration, maintain IT systems, manage budgets, and oversee IT projects. This role requires a proactive approach to security, system effectiveness, and support ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support setup of tech equipment for new hires
- Initiate system access for new team members across various platforms
- Ensure strong operational security and data governance
- Manage SOC audits and evidence collection
- Oversee technology for video conferencing and office systems
- Manage software expenses and technical support ticketing systems
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 compliance
- Experience with software installation and updates
- Familiarity with security tools like Sophos, ThreatStack
- Administration experience with Google Suite, GCP, and Azure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related experience
Compensation:
- Annual salary of $100-120k
