IT Support Technician

Job Description
Salary Range: $70k to $78k
We are seeking to fill a position as an experienced IT Support Technician. This role is fast-paced and requires extreme concentration, dedication, and customer service talent.
- Some on-call required
- 70% help desk support; ~30% data wrangling
- Solve and close tickets for clients
- Educate clients
- Skills required: Windows (both workstation and server) - Mac, Office 365 administration, VLAN, and Server management
- Plus/Nice to have: Google Workspace administration, Jam, Intune ,Quantum StorNext (or other similar SAN),CCNA, MCSE, Meraki, and Veeam
- Perform and manage projects for clients
- Track labor and expenses in PSA
- Grow documentation
- Choose and recommend products
- Perform minor physical moves and mounting
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to interface and communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and potential clients.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills.
- Have crisis management skills
- Intensely proficient with both admin and user side of Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace
