Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented IT System Integration Project Leader to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting our business strategy by designing and implementing essential integration processes. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging existing legacy systems and new technology solutions, enhancing the shop floor capabilities at our Davenport manufacturing site. This is a high-visibility position critical to our overall operations and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of state-of-the-art systems.

Position Highlights:
  • Analyze, enhance, and support integration architecture and environment to facilitate business processes spanning multiple computing environments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of integration needs for assigned locations, demonstrating familiarity with the GRP business.
  • Initiate system and process enhancements to support business objectives, displaying a proactive approach.
  • Utilize a blend of cutting-edge and legacy technologies to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Operate at an expert level in one or more IT technology areas, driving standards and mentoring others.
  • Establish a leadership presence and drive change within both the IT and customer communities.
  • Offer expertise and support for ongoing operations, including problem resolution and prevention.
  • Collaborate with business process owners during the deployment of Manufacturing applications projects.
  • Utilize project methodology and tools effectively to communicate progress and deliver solutions.
  • Influence IS standards and conventions, fostering adherence within the IS organization.
  • Pursue continuous learning to remain current with evolving technologies, contributing insights to IS direction.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Minimum 4 years of systems integration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of SQL Programming (Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL-Server, SQL, T?SQL).
  • Minimum 3 years of database design experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in development, design, or use of integration or ETL software (e.g., SSIS, Active-MQ, WebSphere, Talend).
  • Technical experience or knowledge of XML, B2MML.
  • Application experience with Microsoft SQL Server Applications, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Oracle or SAP ERP applications, Rockwell Historian, or OSIsoft PI.
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter, strong learning orientation, collaborative personality.
  • Technical experience in Web Development (Java, .NET, SharePoint Designer, JBOSS).
  • Manufacturing functional experience in quality, order management, planning & scheduling, shipping, or operations management information systems projects.

Compensation:
  • $104K to $135K Based on Experience.
