Integration Engineer
OVERVIEW

Our client is a global specialty foundry leader! They specialize in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for more than 300 customers worldwide in growing markets such as automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace and defense, among others. As an Integration Engineer you will report to the Director of Integration; this team consists of 15 team members.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
  • Experience in transfer technology, process technology, and IC device physics. Silicon Germanium experience preferred.
  • Candidates must have integration Engineering, not just process engineering
  • Fab, Foundry or IDM (Integrated device manufacturer) Manufacturing semiconductor experience is a MUST have. They will NOT accept candidate without it.
  • IC Analog, digital and mixed signal
  • Nanometers that apply to Tower SA are 180nm, but 130nm and 65nm is pretty similar. Ask candidates what Nanometer technology they have worked on
  • Lead or coordinate projects to reduce defects, improve process control, minimize rework, study process windows for new devices, qualify tools, evaluate consumables, and develop cost-effective processes.
  • Analyze E-test and yield data, resolve wafer issues, and write procedures, specifications, and test programs.
  • Experience with SPC and DOE is required, needs to be in the resume under the company they used it at.
  • Use advanced analytical tools to solve wafer fabrication problems as part of a team.
  • Ideal candidates come from other Fab/Semiconductor companies.
  • New PhD graduates must have an Electrical Engineering degree; candidates with 3+ years of experience can have any engineering degree.
