Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Software Development Engineering with expertise in both software engineering and product management. In this role, you will lead our team to develop cutting-edge software solutions while aligning development efforts with strategic product goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Work closely with product managers to ensure development efforts are in line with the product vision and overall strategy.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.
- Implement and promote best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies across the team.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and create opportunities for team members’ professional development.
- Participate in key architectural decisions, ensuring the scalability and robustness of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years in a leadership role within software development.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and experience collaborating with product teams.
- Proficiency in modern software development tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software products on time and within scope.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with RiverSand PIM implementation and support.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Salary:Â $135,000 - $160,000
