Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Sales Manager. In this role, you will be entrusted with the management of Mechanical Project Sales, ensuring exceptional sales performance and profitability. Your focus will be on cultivating a sales-driven environment that delivers superior service to our customers.

  • Recommended Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience in Commercial mechanical sales
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a talent for managing teams
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard Mechanical Project Sales Reps
  • Collaborate on Associate Development Plans (ADPs)
  • Assign sales reps to accounts based on technical ability and personality
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance
  • Utilize sales tools proficiently, especially for pipeline management
  • Train team members in sales tools usage
  • Achieve Mechanical Project Sales goals
  • Prioritize account management with the project sales team
  • Coach sales reps on effective account management
  • Train PSRs in the Haynes project sales cycle
  • Demonstrate strategic sales skills
  • Build and maintain lasting business relationships
  • Collaborate with GMs and operational leaders
  • Strengthen collaboration between Operations and Sales
  • Provide solutions to business needs
  • Maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay informed about geographical markets
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Ensure smooth sales-to-operations transition

  • Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $180,000 to $250,000
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $700
