Portfolio Analyst (Tempus Admin)

Position: Project Portfolio Analyst III
If you excel in data-driven decision-making, have expertise in capacity modeling, and are experienced with the Tempus Resource Management tool, we want to hear from you.
Portfolio Management (40%):
- Develop and maintain the project portfolio.
- Optimize resource allocation and perform what-if analysis.
- Update the portfolio roadmap and create reports.
- Identify and communicate portfolio risks and opportunities.
PPM Tool Administration (40%):
- Implement and administer Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Customize and maintain PPM tools, including the Tempus Resource Management tool.
- Ensure data integrity and provide training on tool usage.
Reporting and Metrics (15%):
- Develop portfolio metrics and dashboards.
- Consolidate reports and manage expectations.
- Input to project management standards and methodologies.
Ad hoc Analysis (5%):
- Assist with ad hoc analysis requests.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of project and portfolio tools.
- Familiarity with PMO function and project management methodologies.
- High proficiency in Tempus Resource Management tool.
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Competency in metric development and report creation.
- Project financial acumen.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results on multiple assignments.
- Ability to communicate with leadership.
