Power BI & Power Automate Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power BI and Power Automate professional with strong analytical abilities and experience working in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report development, dashboard creation, and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, including building and maintaining automated workflows
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Key Experience
  • Currently supporting Cerner with development of new and existing Power BI and Tableau dashboards
  • Created multiple Power Automate flows, including automating customer feedback collection using MS Forms
  • Built Power BI data models by merging multiple data sources
  • Partnered with cross-functional business teams to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements
  • Provided departmental training and ongoing support for BI tools and solutions
