Product Manager, Generative AI & HR Technology Pay Range: $65/hour to $69/hour Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, Generative AI & HR Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise Human Capital and Time Management applications. This role acts as a key liaison between Information Technology and Human Resources, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with full-cycle Generative AI implementations, strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, and a background in healthcare environments with familiarity in HIPAA-compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for HR and workforce management applications, including planning, implementation, optimization, and support
  • Drive Generative AI solution design and deployment, including use case identification, rollout strategy, and adoption
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
  • Evaluate and recommend technical solutions, integrations, and system enhancements aligned with enterprise strategy
  • Manage application performance, system enhancements, and ongoing support operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and engineers through project delivery and product improvements
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards within all HR technology solutions
  • Support vendor selection, RFP development, and system implementation initiatives
  • Collaborate with PMO to define project plans, KPIs, and financial models
  • Promote best practices in data-driven decision-making, system utilization, and process optimization
  • Deliver presentations and communicate updates to executive and large stakeholder audiences
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, making decisions with incomplete information

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT environments
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle Generative AI implementation and rollout
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations
  • Experience with:
    • Workforce scheduling and timekeeping systems
    • Credential tracking and compliance systems
    • Identity and access management for employees and contingent workers
  • 3+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships at the leadership level
  • Proven success leading cross-functional technology teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and ITIL frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Kronos, or similar HR systems
  • Background in digital applications, analytics products, or enterprise integrations
