We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – AI to support enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence initiatives within a global technology organization. This role will be responsible for driving AI product strategy, identifying business opportunities for AI adoption, and partnering across multiple business functions to develop scalable, innovative AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of AI technologies with exceptional product leadership and stakeholder management skills. This individual will work closely with leadership teams across Product Development, Supply Chain, Brand Management, Technology, Legal, and Security to align AI initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.

This individual will work closely with leadership teams across Product Development, Supply Chain, Brand Management, Technology, Legal, and Security to align AI initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise-wide AI product strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases and solutions
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation initiatives to drive AI adoption across the organization
- Define and communicate the business value and impact of AI programs and initiatives
- Partner with technology teams to guide development, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled products and platforms
- Support development of Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and compliance standards in partnership with Legal and Security teams
- Research emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, executive leadership, industry practitioners, and external partners
- Promote AI education and enablement through internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, AI Strategy, or related technology leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts and applications
- Experience building or scaling enterprise AI platforms, products, or capabilities
- Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals, algorithms, and enterprise AI implementation strategies
- Proven experience leading products or initiatives in cross-functional, multidisciplinary environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to balance technical concepts with business priorities and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership on innovation strategy
- Background working in consumer products, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, or global enterprise environments
