With offices in Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and Phoenix, numerous opportunities await you. Our standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities outside regular hours. During peak demand periods, you may be expected to work beyond 40 hours per week.

Position Summary
This role entails comprehensive sales responsibilities.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in qualifying prospects, delivering effective sales presentations, and addressing objections promptly and responsibly.
  • Management of quotes to facilitate closing sales.
  • Assessment of commercial HVAC systems, problem-solving, and provision of recommendations while adhering to company pricing policies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be able to:
  • Efficiently plan and schedule appointments, optimizing personal time for productivity.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, identifying opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Consistently drive sales revenue through a proven track record.
  • Understand the organizational structure and decision-making processes of prospects, facilitating commitment to decision-making timelines.
  • Address customer queries and objections adeptly.
  • Recognize customer needs and effectively alleviate concerns.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations.
  • Manage objections skillfully.
  • Articulate conceptual sales propositions and ROI to clients.
  • Comprehend and adhere to company credit policies.
  • Survey commercial HVAC systems, identifying project opportunities and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Department, effectively communicating customer needs to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Employ vertical market strategies and leverage market dynamics to uncover opportunities within existing client bases.
  • Utilize the value proposition statement to stimulate customer interest.
  • Interpret job conditions, recommend maintenance requirements, and coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Valid driver's license.

Pay Range:
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000
Additional Benefits:
  • $700 per month car allowance, plus commission.
