Job Title: Radiology Technician
Pay Range: $35/hour to $50/hour
About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to join our client's healthcare team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established standards, physician orders, and departmental protocols. Your work will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities

Perform radiographic procedures using proper techniques and safety protocols.

Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Follow all departmental and regulatory protocols related to safety, privacy, and infection control.

Properly document procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies.

Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs.

Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort.

May perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of an accredited Program of Radiologic Technology.

Current BLS certification.

Certification/Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
-
California State Fluoroscopy Permit (if position is in California).
Preferred Qualifications
-
Venipuncture certification for Technologists.

Previous experience in a hospital or clinical radiology setting.
