Senior Analog Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Analog Design Engineer to join a leading organization at the forefront of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver and Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) design. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.
Key Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience, OR
    • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with significant expertise, OR
    • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of IC design, including chip tape-out and lab evaluation of receiver designs.
    • Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, and measuring/debugging IC performance to correlate with simulations.
    • Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics, and control/feedback loop stability analysis.

About the Role
This role is part of an industry-leading team focused on designing and validating high-performance RF and analog circuits for broadband ICs. As a Senior Analog Engineer, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge multi-tens of GHz Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) and related optical interface chips, primarily using Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS technology.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading active circuit design and driving technical innovation.
  • Developing advanced millimeter wave and transmission line structures.
  • Designing high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
  • Working with various analog components, such as linear regulators, AGC loops, sensors, bandgaps, etc.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate post-silicon validation, mass production, and customer support.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Direct project experience in one or more areas:
    • AGC loop design.
    • High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC).
    • Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) design.
    • Package-system integration.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Mentoring and guiding junior designers.
    • Leading chip design projects and delivering successful silicon.
    • Translating chip-level specifications into detailed architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $145,300–$215,010 per annum (based on skills, experience, and market conditions).

This role is eligible for a hybrid work model, with the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site.
