As a Software Development Manager, you will:
prioritize team tasks, mentor developers; manage short-term and long-term staffing; lead small and medium size teams
work directly with customers to ensure features and changes are captured
What you bring:
· 10+ to 15 years of experience
· Minimum Education - bachelor’s degree
· Willingness to Travel – Occasionally
· Experience in software development (C/C++, Python, RTOS). Experience working in an Agile Environment
· Experience being a technical leader or manager for an aerospace company
· Experience with VxWorks or other RTOS
· Experience managing Software Development Schedules
· Must be a US Citizen or US Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
