Salary Range: $120k to $156kÂ
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager – Technology Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technology-related goods and services. This role is responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization while ensuring alignment with business requirements and procurement best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of procurement processes, and experience managing complex technology sourcing engagements.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager – Technology Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technology-related goods and services. This role is responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization while ensuring alignment with business requirements and procurement best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of procurement processes, and experience managing complex technology sourcing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for technology products and services, including hardware, software, and professional services
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors to meet business and technical requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to achieve optimal value
- Manage high-value and complex procurement transactions in alignment with internal policies and guidelines
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize spend and improve vendor performance
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Vendor agreements
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Licensing and subscription agreements
- Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including development, evaluation, and vendor selection
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, finance, legal, and operations
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all procurement activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
- Proven experience sourcing technology products and services
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience managing complex, high-value procurement initiatives
- Proficiency in drafting and analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Strong understanding of contract structures and pricing models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience with e-procurement tools and platforms
- Familiarity with procurement or financial systems (e.g., ERP or sourcing tools)
- Knowledge of workflow and procurement automation tools
- Experience supporting technology, marketing, or professional services sourcing
