Senior Account Executive Salary Range: $110k to $140k
We’re seeking a driven, tech-savvy Senior Account Executive to help expand our presence in the building trades and construction software market. This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed targets.

  • Market Development: Understand client needs in the building trades market and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market strategies, provide product feedback, and ensure alignment with client needs.

  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with contractors, distributors, and C-level executives, delivering tailored presentations and product demos.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and establish new customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling into the building trades, construction software, or contractor/distributor market.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand complex client pain points and craft effective, technology-driven solutions.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to open doors and expand accounts.

  • Comfortable using HubSpot and other modern sales tools.

  • Known for urgency, creativity, and persistence in getting deals across the finish line.
