Job Description
Sr. Infrastructure Engineer
Pay Rate: $55-70/hr
- Provide VIP/Executive support for all key decision makers and escalations
- Act as primary interface between key client contacts and IT teams
- Provide technical expertise for devices, applications, and network systems across all clients
- Coordinate escalations for technical issues with other teams as needed
- Create client documentation when missing or new solutions are deployed for optimum support
- Provide Project support for PC refresh, server and network deployments
- Actively demonstrate excellence in all KPIs and Service Levels
- Perform dispatch scheduling and on-site coverage to meet client commitments
- Lead team onboarding activities for new clients and services
- Assist engineers during new hire onboarding and with new client assignments.

- Expert in Windows 10/11 and macOS operating system support
- Master in Azure AD/Microsoft 365 solutions and administration
- Skilled in troubleshooting network hardware and configuration
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 product deployment and support
- Efficient with iOS/Android device MDM provisioning and support
- Experience with ConnectWise Ticket Management Tool
- Previous experience with an MSP
Pay Rate: $55-70/hr
