Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Product Program Manager, AI
Pay Range: $63/hour to $82/hour
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Program Manager, AI to join a leading organization in the toy and entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, development, tracking, and enablement of a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivering measurable value. This role requires a leader who can shape the AI strategy, establish process guidelines, and optimize AI initiatives across the organization.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Strategy & Stakeholder Management

Align and manage AI product development across the organization, measuring and communicating business value delivered by AI initiatives.

Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and prioritize AI use cases through ideation sessions, workshops, and hackathons.

Lead the exploration of new AI-powered business models, guiding them through approval and endorsement from senior management and cross-functional teams.
Program Leadership

Lead the end-to-end implementation of global AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI program-related activities.
Project Planning and Execution

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.

Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
Risk and Issue Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program’s lifecycle.

Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure project continuity.
Change Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management

Manage program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.

Optimize resource utilization across project phases.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL).

Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on SaaS and Cloud implementations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Familiar with Jira Align and Agile practices.

AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI systems, regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience in large-scale AI projects.

Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing AI-powered products.

Business Knowledge: Significant understanding of AI applications in business, with familiarity in machine learning fundamentals and algorithmic thinking.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
