Job Description

Report on key website metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights based on data
Develop custom website dashboards for stakeholder reporting
Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys
Administrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Optimize 360
Perform ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Provide ad-hoc analytics support for stakeholders and influence conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data

Coordinate tagging and tracking for site content and functionality across multiple disciplines and teams
Work with technical and security teams to maintain compliance standards
Spot potential to implement new procedures
Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues
Propose methodical optimization tests, both on-site and campaign based
Work with segmentation data in web environments

Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar website analytics, digital strategy, or interactive agency environment
Experience with measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
High level of experience working with analytical software to deliver insights (e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc.)
Ability to create and QA web/event tracking scripts in Javascript and work with agencies/partners on deployment
High level of experience with tag management and A/B testing
Experience working with website teams on preemptive and ongoing strategy

Exposure to large-scale web-related projects experience
Marketing funnel experience
