<strong>Overview</strong>

<br>A highly respected, top-tier law firm is seeking an experienced <strong>Real Estate Paralegal</strong> to support its Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a key hire supporting complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.<br> 

<br>This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and has strong experience with <strong>title & survey work and transaction coordination</strong>.<br>

<strong>What Youâll Be Doing</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Support <strong>commercial real estate transactions</strong> from start to finish
&#9;<li>Coordinate and manage <strong>due diligence</strong> (collecting, organizing, tracking materials)
&#9;<li>Review and summarize <strong>title commitments, exceptions, and survey matters</strong>
&#9;<li>Work closely with <strong>title companies, surveyors, lenders, and clients</strong> to resolve issues
&#9;<li>Manage <strong>transaction timelines, checklists, and closing deliverables</strong>
&#9;<li>Assist with <strong>closing coordination</strong>, including signature pages and execution documents
&#9;<li>Prepare and organize <strong>loan documents, leases, and ancillary closing materials</strong>
&#9;<li>Conduct <strong>UCC searches and filings</strong>, and coordinate recordings
&#9;<li>Handle <strong>post-closing activities</strong> including binders and document distribution

<strong>Billable Hours Expectation</strong>

<br>This role includes a <strong>1600 annual billable hour requirement</strong>, which consists of client-facing work such as:<br>

&#9;<li>Title & survey review
&#9;<li>Drafting/reviewing deal documents
&#9;<li>Closing coordination
&#9;<li>Client and third-party communication

<strong>What the Team Is Looking For</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>4â7 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience</strong>
&#9;<li><strong>Strong title & survey experience</strong> (<strong>non-negotiable priority</strong>)
&#9;<li>Experience with <strong>commercial real estate transactions</strong> (closings, due diligence, deal flow)
&#9;<li>Ability to <strong>manage multiple transactions simultaneously</strong>

The Imaging Applications Analyst ensures the design, configuration, integration, and user experience of these imaging applications, meets business and clinical objectives.<br>

The Imaging Applications Analyst consults with organizational clinicians, staff, and vendors of the imaging applications and is responsible for the configuration, testing, problem identification, issue resolution, and on-going support of the assigned applications including new implementations and upgrades.<br>

<strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><br>
75% Operational: Troubleshoot, configure, validate, upgrade, and support enterprise-wide Keck clinical imaging applications. Provide off-hour on-call support for issues; apply expertise and independent judgment for full resolution. Work on assigned projects both independently and as part of a team.<br>

25% Design: Design and lead implementations, upgrades, and solution conversions in support of Keck clinical imaging applications; assist in ensuring stability and functionality of the assigned applications. Provide escalation support, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of issues; assist in identifying and trouble-shooting application issues, including isolating problems, recommending appropriate solutions and implementing solutions. Work closely with all IS teams to maintain Clinical Imaging Applications that are compliant with organizational standards and policies.<br>

An IT Training Specialist is needed to serve in the capacity of an educator in which s/he will perform a range of educational support roles for newly implemented technology and applications including end user training, new employee training, post implementation optimization and stabilization training, remediation training and instructional design and development of a collection of educational settings such as computer lab learning, eLearning, webinars, classroom, large conference rooms, etc. The Training Specialist will also be responsible for small project management initiatives and investigating&nbsp;intermittent technical problems.<br>
